You actually rest your chest on the sliding leg thigh. The sliding leg provides support for the right arm during the slide cycle avoiding the, "Oops, I threw it out!" The two hand rock grasp delivery assures the shoulders will remain square with a level head and repeatable shoulder height for consistent releases.

If you can't squat in the hack, consider the "push pole," an aluminum pole with a rock handle receptor (short tube) that fits over the rock handle. You simply slip the receptor over the handle and walk out to the hog line pushing the rock. You can apply left or right turn at the release point. Works great! Available on the Internet.
